Simon Property Group announces new management for Orange Park Mall

ORANGE PARK, FL - Simon Property Group announces the appointment of Scott Budge as Mall Manager for Orange Park Mall and Tina Musico as Area Director of Mall Marketing for Orange Park Mall and St. Johns Town Center.

Budge has more than four years of management experience working with Simon Property Group. He previously served as Area Mall Manager for Charlottesville Fashion Square and Valley Mall in Virginia. He began his career with Simon in 2003 as assistant mall manager for Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso, TX and Metrocenter Mall in Phoenix, AZ.

In his new role, Budge will oversee the day-to-day operations of Orange Park Mall and manage all aspects of the center including budgeting, tenant relations, lease administration, security, operations, community involvement and marketing.

Budge holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Utah State University.

Tina Musico brings more than ten years of retail marketing experience to her new position at Orange Park Mall. She has served as Director of Mall Marketing for St. Johns Town Center since 2007 and, following great success there, now eagerly embraces her newly expanded role as Area Director of Mall Marketing for both Simon properties.

Musico previously worked with locally headquartered Stein Mart and also runs a successful luxury-lodging establishment in the historic Riverside district of Jacksonville, which she opened herself in 2002. She currently sits on the Leisure Marketing Committee with the Jacksonville Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Musico graduated from the University of Delaware.

A staple in the Orange Park community since 1975, Orange Park Mall is anchored by five department stores including Belk, Dillard's, JCPenney, Sears and Dick's Sporting Goods and features 120 specialty stores including Books-A-Million, Hollister and Old Navy.
