Nassau commissioner resigns

NASSAU COUNTY, FL - Nassau County District 3 Commissioner Tom Branan has resigned his seat to health reasons after a recent automobile accident. Branan was hospitalized with serious injuries after the May 29 crash on Blackrock Road in Yulee.

Governor Charlie Crist will appoint an interim commissioner to serve until the election.
