Federal Reserve Bank CEO to speak at Cornerstone Luncheon

The next Cornerstone Luncheon will be June 2 at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Riverfront, featuring guest speaker Dennis Lockhart, president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank in Atlanta. During the luncheon, Lockhart will share his organization’s perspective on the current national economic slowdown.

Lockhart became head of the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank in March 2007, and prior to his current position, he was a professor at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service and an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University’s Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies. He has extensive experience in the corporate world, and his past leadership roles include managing partner at the private equity firm Zephyr Management; executive vice president at Heller Financial and president of Heller International Group; and various positions, both domestic and international, with Citicorp/Citibank (now Citigroup).
