I have had it with those who would make the lamest of excuses that poverty is at the root of crime. More than that, I had it up to my continually receding hairline with these same apologists demanding more confiscated tax money to "fix" the problems. More ... "Ah, the summer season has arrived and the wife and I hope to hit the road. That means one thing. I must dump my SUV." More ... Barack Obama, the left's new Moses, has come down from his lofty mount to proclaim a new commandment: "Thou shalt not criticize my wife, Michelle." More ... Even though the dogged Hillary Clinton is being encouraged by friend and foe and pundit alike to drop out of the Democratic presidential primary, there is a contingent that thinks her best move is to dig in her heels and bite the hand off of anyone who tries to restrain her. Admittedly, that contingent is mostly made up of me and a couple other guys in the editorial cartoonist world. More ... Who says judges aren't a big deal? One needs only to look at California's Supreme Court May 15 ruling on same-sex marriage to see the ramifications of judicial nominations. Those judges were even audacious enough to overturn a proposition vote by the state's citizens. More ... |
