Lake City bank robbed
LAKE CITY, FL - Lake City police responded to the third bank robbery in two months on Tuesday, June 3 when an armed man held up the First Federal Bank at 2572 U.S. 90 West.

Witness say the man walked into the bank around noon armed with a large handgun and demanded cash. He is described as white, possible late 30s, just under six feet tall, with blond hair. He was wearing a yellow polo shirt.
Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact Sgt. John Blanchard at 386-758-5439.
On May 9, police apprehended a man attempting to rob the Bank of America on U.S. 90 and on May 1, the Bank of America branch on Bentley Place was robbed. That suspect remains at large.
