Shareholders also ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent registered certified public accountants for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2009. New Hangars at the AirportThe City of Fernandina Beach hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, June 12 at the Fernandina Beach Airport for four row hangars and six new t-hangars. The total project cost for the new hangars was $900,000, and the City received an appropriation of $350,000 from the Florida Department of Transportation toward the cost of these new hangars. The hangars provide needed hangar space to satisfy the demand for aircraft storage capability at the Fernandina Beach Airport and already are fully rented.
