Family Café successful
     The 10th annual Governor's Summit on Disabilities completed on Sunday from Disney's Coronado Springs Resort on the Walt Disney World compound. According to the conference program, "The Family Café Annual Conference is a statewide event designed to meet the need for information and networking among people with disabilities and/or special health care needs and their families from all regions of Florida."

Nassau Commission imposes moratorium on impact fees
     The Nassau County Commission voted Friday, to suspend the collection of impact fees for six months and reduced building permit fees by 50 percent for a year. The temporary act is seen as a way to stimulate the flagging home building market within the county. Like much of the country, Nassau’s housing sales have plummeted as the downward economy has tightened requirements for home loans.
