Ticketmaster now open at The Avenues, Orange Park Mall, and Town Center

Ticket-buying convenience launched for area shoppers

Area shoppers visiting Jacksonville's Simon malls, including The Avenues, Orange Park Mall and St. Johns Town Center, can now take advantage of a wide array of services being offered at the new Ticketmaster retail outlets located within the malls' Guest Services booths.

The new partnership between Ticketmaster, the connection to live entertainment, and Simon Property Group, owner of The Avenues, Orange Park Mall and St. Johns Town Center and the country's largest owner, developer and manager of high-quality shopping centers, means shoppers will now have convenient access to event information and ticket purchases for a variety of area attractions and entertainment, including sporting events, museums, theatrical performances, family shows and more.

For the most popular events, shoppers will find the ticket-purchasing process easy, thanks to a lottery system being implemented by Guest Services. Shoppers also can purchase tickets online at www.Ticketmaster.com for in-mall pickup. Guest Services is open at The Avenues and Orange Park Mall from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday - Saturday and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Guest Services at St. Johns Town Center is open 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Guest Services is located on the lower level Center Court in The Avenues, on the Belk Wing at Orange Park Mall and in the Mall Management Office at St. Johns Town Center.

The program also will include unique promotional opportunities for shoppers, including advance ticket sales for select events, family packages for special events, merchandise and special discounts, and retailer tie-ins.

The Avenues, Orange Park Mall and St. Johns Town Center are among 50 Simon Malls across the country offering tickets through Ticketmaster. The new partnership with Simon Property Group represents Ticketmaster's biggest mall-based program in the country.
