At the risk of sounding like a "pave the world" moron who could care less about anything but the bottom line, I will state clearly and for the record: Conservation is only a small part of a sound energy policy. If all we do to supposedly lower the price of gasoline, electric power, and other consumable energy is conserve, we are going to only make the situation worse. More ...
