Catch and Shoot Skills Camp at UCHS

UCHS basketball Coach Jonathan Willis along with members of his basketball team will hold a Catch and Shoot Skills Camp in the UCHS gym, Friday and Saturday, August 1-2. The cost is $45 per child. Morning and afternoon sessions are available. Morning sessions are for first through fifth grade and run from 9-11 a.m. Afternoon sessions are for sixth through eighth grade and run from 1-2 p.m.

The camp will consist of a two-hour instructional period on Friday and a scrimmage game on Saturday. Each camper will receive a T-shirt and membership to the Cub's Club. Checks can be made payable to the UCHS boys basketball team. Parents are welcome to attend and watch. For more information, call Willis at (386) 496-3040.

Family Golf Month

During Family Golf Month, Slammer & Squire and King & Bear will offer a series of programs for family members to learn the game and play golf together. Junior tees will be set on each hole at the golf courses and the month will feature special contests, exclusive pricing and more just for families.

In addition, throughout July and August, the courses support junior golf and families playing golf together with a program for kids to play free with a paying adult.
