Jaguars host Atlanta in preseason opener tomorrow
     The Jaguars will host the Atlanta Falcons tomorrow in the team’s preseason opener at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium with kickoff at 7:30 p.m. The game will be televised live in Jacksonville on WTEV CBS 47, and on the Jaguars Radio Network on WOKV AM & FM (690, 106.5).

Hester leads Mobile to series clinching win

     Mobile catcher John Hester, who entered Tuesday batting .321 against Jacksonville, went three-for-four with a homerun and four RBI leading the Mobile BayBears (50-64, 21-23) to a 6-3 Tuesday victory over the Jacksonville Suns (50-65, 17-28) in front of 2,231 at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville.

Brito's slam lifts BayBears to win
