Two new stores open at St. Johns Town Center

JACKSONVILLE (Aug. 13, 2008) - St. Johns Town Center welcomes two new stores to its retail roster this summer, adding even more exciting choices for shoppers to enjoy. Aeropostale opened doors at the popular shopping center in June, and Johnston & Murphy is scheduled to open on August 15.

Aeropostale, a nationwide specialty retailer of casual apparel and accessories, is located next to P.F. Chang's in St. Johns Town Center's first phase. With 4,400 square feet of clothing from hoodies to jeans, customers will find the latest, "must-have" trends for every season. Offering new graphic tees, jeans in various washes and accessories for girls and guys alike, Aeropostale is a one-stop-shop for stylish new trends.

Johnston & Murphy, an upscale specialty retailer of footwear and accessories for stylish professionals, will open on River City Drive near Dick's Sporting Goods with 2,500 square feet. Since 1854, Johnston & Murphy has been providing finely crafted shoes and accessories for men designed with maximum comfort and smart styling and now will debut its new women's collection at St. Johns Town Center. The new dual gender Johnston & Murphy will take Jacksonville shoppers from the corner office to a night out with clients.

St. Johns Town Center is a 1.26 million-square-foot, open-air lifestyle center offering innovative new retail, residential, hotel and dining choices for Jacksonville shoppers. With more than 100 retailers in the first phase, 40 of which are exclusive to the market, St. Johns Town Center provides an exciting mix of stores targeting the upscale shopper as well as the bargain hunter. Anchor tenants include Barnes & Noble, Dillard's, Dick's Sporting Goods and Target. The second phase of St. Johns Town Center opened in October 2007 with an additional 180,000 square feet of dining and retail extending the main street environment of the center southward. Among the new offerings are a number of upscale retailers and restaurants opening their first Jacksonville-area doors.

St. Johns Town Center, a joint venture between Simon Property Group and Ben Carter Properties, is located conveniently off the Gate Parkway exit from J. Turner Butler Boulevard in the heart of Jacksonville. For a map and store listings, as well as directions, events and job listings, visit www.simon.com or call 904.642.8339.
