All signups will be in the school cafeterias. Cubs start in the Scout program in the first grade at age six and go on up to age 11. Boys ages 11 to17 may join Boy Scouts. Fourth Annual Jacksonville's Puerto Rican Parade & FestivalThis parade and festival is considered the biggest hispanic event in Jacksonville. It will be held on September 13 from 12:00pm - 2:00am. It is a family-oriented, cultural and educational event. It showcases the very best of the Puerto Rican culture, arts and crafts, Puerto Rican painters, exhibits and a colorful and cheerful parade. The Jacksonville Landing will be sizzling with the sounds of Latin music, marching bands, beauty queens in foot-high tiara and dancers, all moving to a thumping salsa beat!
