MOSH's 7th annual X Cuisine

7 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Celebrity Chef Richard Blais, best known for his recent appearance on the hit BRAVO TV show, Top Chef, will be whipping up a gourmet tasting menu, imaginative drink mixology and delectable dessert in the MOSH 7th annual X Cuisine to benefit the Museum's educational programs.

During the evening, Blais will present several live cooking demonstrations that will illustrate his unique use of molecular gastronomy, the applications of chemistry, physics and other scientific principles to traditional cooking.

Guests can also participate in "X-Fire" and "X-Elimination" food and trivia challenges, where the winner will walk away with a special prize!

Other highlights of the evening will include:

• Live music and dancing
• Planetarium shows
• Rooftop telescope viewings
• Historical re-enactments
• Silent auction

Ticket Prices for the event are $125 per individual and Jr. X Cuisine (21-35 years old) passes are $75. VIP ticket packages and sponsorship opportunities are also available.
