BostonIMPORTANT BOSTON REFUND INFORMATION Due to the inclement weather caused by Tropical Storm Fay, the Boston concert on August 22, 2008 was cancelled. For those that purchased tickets on-line on www.ticketmaster.com or over the phone through Ticketmaster, you should have already been refunded the full amount charged. If you have not received your refund, please contact Ticketmaster at (904) 353-3309. If you purchased tickets at a Ticketmaster outlet, please return to the ORIGINAL point of purchase to receive your refund. Those that purchased tickets at the St. Augustine Beach Pier must come to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre Administrative Office between 9:00 AM & 5:00 PM. You will fill out a short form and a check of the full amount paid will be mailed to you. Do not go to the St. Augustine Beach Pier. Please bring the actual tickets with you. |
