Zach Halifko
Indians. Starting at center on the offensive line, he also clocks in at defensive tackle when the opponent takes over possession. When asked about what he likes about the game, Zach was quick to offer the following: "I love the discipline and the hard work, it helps me stay in shape, oh, and I look good too."

Zach started his love for the game at eight years old when he first stepped onto the field as a Pee Wee participant. His favorite college team is the Florida Gators and the Jacksonville Jaguars are the team he’s watching on Sunday afternoon. As for his favorite player, none other than Florida standout and early Jaguar pick, Fred Taylor fit’s the bill.

Striving to maintain a 3.0 GPA, Zach’s favorite class is U. S. History. "Without knowing our past in times of war and hard times, how will we know how to live the future?" As for a possible career choice upon graduation, he was quick to inform me that he would be following in his uncle’s footsteps by joining the Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Union, Local #234.

Zach’s meal of choice is baked stuffed flounder and for dessert, he prefers a big dish of "Nanna" Pudding. He’s unattached and says, "I’m single right now but looking."

As for his motto or mantra, he offered the following Yogi Bearish-type slogan: "Play 110 percent, 105 percent of the time."
