Peabody’s severed head found in Polk County
     POSTED 09/18/08 - Peabody, a captive, domestic, trophy, 12-point buck living on a Lake Butler game farm was killed and decapitated on September 6. His severed head was found late Tuesday in a Polk County taxidermy shop according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

Two sentenced in what police say was "horrific case of child abuse"
     Alert security guards who found a dazed and abused child wandering the streets last fall made the first step in ending what authorities call years of systematic abuse and torture.
