A spectacular celebration of the iconic 1939 MGM film, The Wizard of Oz will blow you away from the moment the tornado touches down and transports you to a dazzling art deco Oz, complete with munchkins and flying monkeys. Don’t miss the chance to travel Over the Rainbow and experience this national treasure on stage. The Phillips Center consists of a 1,700-seat proscenium hall and a 200-seat Black Box Theatre. It is located in the University of Florida Cultural Plaza near the intersection of 34th Street and Hull Road with convenient access from I-75 at the Archer Road and Newberry Road exits.
