Five in custody for cocaine sales in Lake City

Five Alachua residents were arrested late Wednesday for selling cocaine to undercover law enforcement officers in Lake City.

Members of the Multijurisdictional Drug Task Force set up the controlled purchase after they received information that at least two people from Alachua would deliver the drugs to a motel room in Lake City. The following people were arrested after they sold about $400 worth of cocaine to law enforcement.

The Multijurisdictional Drug Task Force is made up of representatives from the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office, the Lake City Police Department, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Christopher Robinson, 32, was charged with sale of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to sell. He remained in the Columbia County Jail on Friday with a $40,000 bond. 

Tramond Williams, 25 was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, sale of cocaine and resisting an officer without violence. He remained in the Columbia County Jail on Friday with a $41,000 bond. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nikita Lumpkin, 22, was charged with principal 1st degree sale of cocaine. She was released from on a $5,000 bond.
Ray Carl Brooks, 50, was charged with principal 1st degree sale of cocaine. He remained in the Columbia County Jail on Friday with a $5,000 bond.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

Jeremy Maurice Jones, 21, was charged with principal 1st degree sale of cocaine and he remained in the Columbia County Jail on Friday with a $5,000 bond.
