European Motorsport Park enhanced with new addition

STARKE, FL - European Motorsport Park has opened its newest addition, a newly paved 2.0 mile road course featuring 16 turns, elevation changes, cambered turns and blind corners. Designed by well-known past British Rally Champion and European Motorsport Park owner,

Ivor Wigham, the new 2.0 mile road course has been considered one of Florida's most exciting road courses for car and motorcycle racing. European Motorsport Park opened in 1999 offering rally driving courses, military training, SUV courses and corporate events.

With the enhancement of the new road course, European Motorsport Park will host many racing events. The first annual Historic Fall Festival of Speed and the Supermoto Winter SE Series are events planned for Fall/Winter 2008. In addition, the Park will host the 8 Hour Endurance Race in January of 2009. In October, the four-day Historic Fall Festival of Speed will include: Historic/Vintage Car & Motorcycle Races, Historic & Modern Tarmac Stages Rally, Historic & Modern Time Trials, ten class Supermoto Events, and a Concours for Charity Event to benefit several charities.
