FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - A man is suing a South Florida strip club over a pole dance.

A stripper at the Booby Trap club in Pompano Beach was performing a pole dance when her shoe flew off and hit a mirrored glass ceiling. The shattered glass and the shoe hit customer Charles Privette 35, of Margate, causing minor injuries.

Privette is seeking at least $15,000 in damages and said the club should have made sure the dance was practicing safe stripping. His lawyer said the pole dance accident left the man with a small cut, headaches and nose bleeds.
