Baker County - Supervisor of Elections Office, 32 N. Fifth St., Macclenny. Hours will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Bradford County - Supervisor of Elections Office, 945 North Temple Avenue Suite C. Starke. Hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Clay County - Supervisor of Elections Main Office, 1417-1 S. Orange Ave.; Fleming Island branch library, 1895 Town Center Blvd.; 1518 Park Ave. in Orange Park; 3245 Bear Run Blvd. in Middleburg; and 275 S. Lawrence Blvd. in Keystone Heights. Hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Duval County - 105 E. Union County - Supervisor of Elections Office, 55 W Main St, Room 106, Lake Butler. Hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday.
