Larry H. Fullwood

NOVEMBER 4. 2008 - Larry H. Fullwood 54, of Fernandina Beach, Florida passed away Sunday, November 2, 2008 at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, Fla. Mr. Fullwood was a native and lifelong resident of Fernandina Beach, and attended grade school and Fernandina Beach High School. During his career he worked for Container Corporation of America paper mill as a power plant operator for twenty years. Throughout his life he always enjoyed riding his

motorcycle, was an avid Florida State Seminole fan and also loved NASCAR. Above all he cherished spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father Marshall Fullwood on November 2, 1990. His survivors include his son, L. Gene Fullwood, (Melissa Zelensky), mother, Eilzabeth M. Fullwood , brothers, Danny ( Joann) and Russell Fullwood, nephew, Evan Fullwood, three grandchildren, Kyle M. Fullwood, Kelly C. Fullwood and Cyanne L. Warren all of Fernandina Beach, Fla. He is also survived by a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. at Oxley-Heard Funeral Home in Fernandina. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday in the Burgess Chapel of Oxley-Heard Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Tippens Chaplain of Baptist Medical Center-Nassau officiating. He will be laid to rest in Bosque-Bello Cemetery following the service.
