My Health Quest
15 Pounds Gone!
     It’s been a month now since I announced my desire to lose the extra weight gained due to poor diet, lack of exercise, and my untreated sleep disorder known as Sleep Apnea. With the first month under my loosening belt, I have lost 15 pounds. That’s not bad, that’s one half of a pound every day for the last 30 days.
