‘Kick-Off to Healthy Holiday Eating' Health Fair at Regency Mall

Nutrition students at the University of North Florida are preparing for a healthy holiday season by hosting a "Kick-Off to Healthy Holiday Eating" health fair from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Friday, November 21, at Regency Square Mall, next to Belk. This event, sponsored by Aetna, is free and open to the public.

UNF nutrition students will provide healthy holiday cooking tips, health/wellness tips, weight evaluation, body composition analysis as well as nutrition advice for individuals with diabetes and heart disease. Free T-shirts and pedometers will also be given away!
