JACKSONVILLE, FL, DECEMBER 8, 2008 - IJHANA, LLC., a recognized performance architecture and solution engineering firm, is pleased to welcome Tina Calloway to the company. Tina Calloway brings with her more than thirteen years of experience in the industry as she joins the IJHANA team as Director of Business Development. "Tina was handpicked by myself and my partners for her superior marketing and development skills as well as her strong work ethic and veteran status in the industry," said Thomas Dillmann, Managing Partner for IJHANA. "We believe that she will absolutely thrive in this key role within our company."

Prior to joining IJHANA, Calloway worked for Simon Property Group as Director of Marketing and Business Development. Ms. Calloway received the Simon Property Group "2006 Best Marketing Director" award for achieving all goals and overall performance. Ms. Calloway also worked hand and hand with the Children’s Home Society on the annual Caring Chefs event. "In the years that Children’s Home Society of Florida has worked with Tina, the event has experienced its fastest growth," says David Clark, Director of Development for CHS.

As Director of Business Development for IJHANA, Ms. Calloway is responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of major clients such as Microsoft, Disney, Hilton, and Sony, serving as the main point of contact for all aspects of account management. Calloway will be charged with providing unparalleled customer service and driving revenue through buyer acquisition.
