That's A Wrap. FSU Conducts The Final Practice In Tallahassee For 2008
     TALLAHASSEE, Fla./ December 19, 2008 – The Seminole football team opened practices for the 2008 season inside the FSU Basketball Training Facility on August 7. Almost five months later the team participated in its final practice in Tallahassee for the season. The team spent 18 periods continuing to prepare for the Wisconsin Badgers before breaking for the weekend. The next time the team sees each other it will be in Orlando for a Monday afternoon practice.

Following some time off for final exams, FSU football returned to the practice Friday and began to prepare for the Champs Sports Bowl and the team’s first-ever meeting with Wisconsin.

     ATHENS, GA - Sophomore tailback Knowshon Moreno of Belford, N.J., senior safety Andrew Williams of Blairsville, sophomore linebacker Rennie Curran of Snellville and sophomore quarterback Matthew Stafford of Dallas, Texas, took home the top awards at the University of Georgia football annual team Gala Saturday night at the Classic Center.
